(CelebrityAccess News Service) — Key professionals from the Canadian music and broadcasting industries were recognized on March 4 at the Canadian Music Industry Awards gala at the Westin Harbour Castle Convention Centre in Toronto, part of this year's Canadian Music Week festivities. Also honored were Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins, Justin Time Records founder Jim West and TV innovator Moses Znaime, who were inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame.
"We are so proud not only of our Canadian musical heroes on their welcome to the Hall of Fame, but also of our key industry players who continue to make the Canadian music business so vibrant and accessible," said Neill Dixon, president of Canadian Music Week.
Hosted by comedian Leslie Nielsen, the four hour dinner
