(CelebrityAccess News Service) — Mandy Strudler has been appointed vice president/booking, Central Texas, for Clear Channel Entertainment's Music Division, South Region. Mandy will be based in Austin, TX and her primary responsibilities will include booking Austin and San Antonio, TX, specifically The Backyard and Austin Music Hall in Austin and the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in San Antonio as well as all other arena and theater activity in the San Antonio market.
Strudler most recently served as the primary promoter with booking responsibility of all non-club venues in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Bossier City/Shreveport, Lafayette, Biloxi, and Beaumont. Prior to this, she assisted Bob Roux, executive vice president for Clear Channel Entertainment-Music, South Region, in booking arenas and amphitheaters throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
