PALM BEACH, FL (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Jose Feliciano's ex-manager has sued the musician, seeking future royalties
According to Courthouse News, John Regna has filed suit against Feliciano, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Regna claims Feliciano hired him in 2010 for a seven year personal and business management contract that included a payment of 15% of the royalties generated during that period. However, in July, 2012, Regna claims Feliciano terminated the contract via email, without cause.
Regna claims that he recieved his share of the royalties through July, but not for the full contractual period.
