(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — House of Blues has promoted Chuck Dinkins, and appointed Sharisse Pesser, a former talent buyer for Live Nation, as talent buyers for the Southeastern U.S. region.
Utilizing a team approach alongside HOB Concerts Vice President Jim Mallonee, Dinkins and Pessar will book an extensive list of venues in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
“The entire regional team of House of Blues professionals will work closely together in booking and producing an enormous share of live events in an expansive market,” said Mallonee, who oversees programming, marketing and promotion of all HOB-produced festivals and shows in the region. “The wealth of experience Sharisse brings to the table complements the tremendous level of knowledge and professionalism Chuck has demonstrated throughout his tenure with House of Blues. Pessar will be responsible for the House of Blues Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale’s Revolution nightclub, and will also help with booking other HOB-promoted venues in the region.
Dinkins will serve as the primary talent buyer for the House of Blues Myrtle Beach, Center Stage at the Plex in Charleston, South Carolina, and Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, Alabama. Like Pessar, he will also help program other venues throughout the southeast region.
