LONDON (CelebrityAccess) – A London based entertainment company has hit British pop singer Lily Allen with a lawsuit alleging that Allen broke a 2012 contract when she signed with Creative Artists Agency.
According to The Daily Mail, London booking agency EC's Alex Nightingale brought the suit against Allen, alleging that Allen broke contractual agreements over a tour, telling Nightingale that CAA could secure higher fees from promoters.
Nightingale claims he'd been working on arranging the singer's 2013/2014 comeback tour at the time and is now seeking $100,000 in compensation.
A spokesman for Allen denied the claims, telling The Mail that her lawyers “will be defending the matter vigorously.” – Staff Writers
