(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Lathum Nelson has been promoted to the position of account executive at the Mitch Schneider Organization (MSO) In his new role, he will continue to handle publicity campaigns for clients including David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alanis Morissette, O.A.R. and Time-Life. Nelson has also handled campaigns for Blue Man Group, The Black Crowes, Disturbed, Earth, Wind & Fire, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Michelle Shocked.
Nelson joined MSO as a part-time employee in the summer of 1996 and shortly thereafter became assistant to Mitch Schneider, MSO's president. Most recently, he was promoted to publicist.
