Veteran agent Nick Caris of The Agency Group is retiring from active agenting and has taken a medical leave of absence, effective December 31, 2004, due to a progressive eye condition. Caris will, however, remain active with TAG, becoming a consultant with the agency.
Caris told CelebrityAccess he will move back to his hometown of Detroit this summer, where for many years, he headed his own booking agency, Diversified Management Agency (DMA).
"All of my clients are staying with The Agency Group," Caris said.
When asked how much he will miss his favorite golf game, he quipped, "That's the only thing I can do!"
