Nick Storch Heads To ICM

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Veteran agent Nick Storch has quickly found a new gig after leaving The Agency Group last month, announcing that he will be joining International Creative Management (ICM). Storch will be based out of the agency's New York office where he will report to ICM's contemporary rock division head Marsha Vlasic, starting on December 1st.

A veteran agent, Storch had been at The Agency Group since 2005 after a three-year stint as a hard rock agent at Face The Music Booking.

Storch will help to bolster ICM's rock roster and will be bringing more than 30 artists along with him, including Anberlin, As I Lay Dying, Atreyu, Gym Class Heroes and VNV Nation.

Storch's hire continues ICM's expansion of its rock division. In 2008, the agency acquired Marsha Vlasic's M.V.O. LLC, which brought a solid list of classic rock artists such as Elvis Costello, Lou Reed, Iggy Pop to the agency's roster. In April of 2009, ICM acquired Robin Taylor's Inland Empire Touring, bringing indie acts to the roster that include The Shins, Modest Mouse, Band of Horses, and The Hold Steady among others.

"ICM is dedicated to growing and expanding its rock division," says Vlasic. "Nick is a dynamic addition to our team, and his experience and stature in the music community will allow us to make innovative deals for our clients and build upon our already impressive roster of talent." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
