Promoter Holden Raphael Killed in Cycle Crash


Promoter Holden Raphael was died in a motorcycle accident on April 6. He was 49. Holden was a former percussionist for Papa John Creech and Nils Lofgren and has
been singer Lisa Haley's manager for several years. He was also a record producer for
companies such as Mercury, PolyGram, Casablanca, and Buddah Records, plus smaller
independent labels.
