Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Final Ballot Spot Escapes These Artists

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has released a list of 77 artists who have consistently received several votes but have never been on the final ballot. The list is quite interesting because the fans of an artist want to know why their favorite artist was not inducted; some were not even seriously considered.
