KNOXVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — AC Entertainment has tapped Knoxville businessman Patrick Roddy to serve as their new chief operating officer, effective January 1st.
Roddy has a significant background in the financial world and has worked previously at both UBS and Merrill Lynch. Roddy also worked at a Coca-Cola bottling plant his family operated for years and spent a tenure as the director of the Knoxville Zoo. He remains on the board of directors at the Zoo and has strong ties to the community of Knoxville, serving as alumni chairman of Leadership Knoxville, and a Knoxville Area Transit commissioner.
“Patrick brings a background of leadership and financial analysis that will benefit our projects and our clients, as well as assist us with the long-term growth of the company,” Ashley Capps, president and CEO of AC Entertainment, said in a statement.
AC Entertainment, a Knoxville-based entertainment company founded by Capps that operates the Tennessee and Bijou Theatres, manages artists, and is a concert promoter in more than 25 U.S. markets.
