LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Korean rapper-singer Psy, who's viral video "Gangnam Style" has racked up more than 118 million hits on YouTube, has been signed by Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun.
"We’ve been hanging out in California for four days, becoming friends," said Mr. Braun in a video released on YouTube. "We’ve come to an agreement to make some history together."
Braun and Psy, who's real name is Park Jae-Sang, then toasted the agreement by sharing a bottle of Soju, a strong Korean rice alcohol.
