LONDON (CelebrityAccess Mediawire) — The second leg of the The Who’s 50th anniversary tour is finding itself postponing a couple of dates.
Billed as the Who’s largest scale tour, this leg will include some European dates. Shows on November 26th in Dublin and November 28th in Belfast have been moved to next summer due to “unforeseen logistical changes.” The November 23rd show in Abu Dhabi will remain unchanged.
The classic songs fans can expect to hear on – The "Who Hits 50!" tour – will appear on the band’s forthcoming "The Who Hits 50!" collection. Set for an October 27, 2014 release, on Geffen/Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), this definitive collection of The Who's greatest tracks – from their very first recordings as their band The High Numbers, right up to the present day with the brand new track ‘Be Lucky’ – is being released to coincide with the band’s 50th anniversary tour.
