LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil has reportedly been charged with with misdemeanor battery in an alleged assault in Las Vegas.
Neil stands accused of attacking an autograph seeker during an incident in April, 2016, allegedly grabbing her by the hair and pulling to the ground, triggering a heated argument with actor Nicolas Cage, who also happened to be present.
Neil alleged that the woman was aggressive and that all he did was to push past her. However, according to TMZ, police sources say they have surveillance video which appears to show otherwise.
The woman has since claimed neck, back and hip injuries as a result of the act, according to Loudwire.
If convicted of the charges, Neil could face six months in jail and a thousand dollar fine, or up to 1000 hours of community service on the charges. – Staff Writers
