Swift’s tally is even more impressive since, while four singles from the new release are on Spotify, Apple Music and other streamers, the full “Reputation” album has been withheld. this is a pure album sales number.

Taylor Swift’s last full album release, “1989”, sold just under 1.3 million copies in the United Sates during its 2014 release week. “Reputation” could be on track to top 1.5 million in its first week.
