LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — Kilimanjaro Live announced the expansion of its concert promotion team with the addition of Peter Thomsen and Jamie Anderson.
Anderson has been active in the industry since 2008 with previous experience includes roles at PCL Presents in Scotland, where he worked with artists such as Catfish and The Bottlemen, Jack White, Noel & Liam Gallagher, Vampire Weekend.
Anderson was also involved in the Stag & Dagger Festival in Glasgow, which is Scotland’s biggest multi-venue festival. In his new gig at Kilimanjaro, he will continue to represent his own roster, and contribute to the company’s festival slate.
“Having known Kilimanjaro and its strong reputation in the industry for many years, I’m both honoured and excited to become part of their team,” he said in a press statement.
A native of Denmark, Thomsen was promoted to his new role internally, after he first joined Kilimanjaro in 2017 as a part of the company’s intern program where he served as a promoter assistant. In his new role, he will focus on developing professional skills while developing new talent, including singer-songwriters with a focus on indie and Scandinavian pop.
“It’s all hugely exciting for me, I can’t wait to get started and repay the trust that has been shown to me by the great Kili family,” Thomsen said in the presser.
