NETHERLANDS (CelebrityAccess) The Netherlands’ cultural sector sector, motivated by the #MeToo movement, has announced an online service for reporting harassment and inappropriate behavior in the performing arts, television and film sectors.
https://mores.online/was launched this week and is an independent service, according to IQ Magazine. The service is expected to not only be a reporting service but to help individuals to act accordingly, and tailor cases to the individual.
“Not only can we listen, but also discuss with you what you can expect when you choose a certain solution direction,” the service says. It is headed by “certified confidants” Jeanette Jager and Freek Walther and list support in mediation, formal complaint writing and legal complaints. Mores has also published a set of regulations for appropriate work behavior.
The initiative has received widespread support from entertainment industries across the Netherlands, according to IQ.
