LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Skrillex owes a fan $1.6 million and his touring company, Lost Boys, an additional $1.8 million for an injury stemming from a stage dive by the DJ in 2014.

A jury has awarded Jennifer Fraissl more than $4.5 million for claiming she suffered a stroke during his performance at Los Angeles’ Belasco Theater when Skrillex leaped from his DJ table and landed on top of her, according to TMZ. The venue itself was hit with about $450,000 in damages.

Skrillex said he is disappointed in the jury decision but added, “There is nothing more important to me than my fans and their safety at my shows. I want them to have fun and enjoy the music.”

His attorney, Barry Thompson, added that the evidence “included video proof that [Skrillex] never made physical contact with Ms. Fraissl” and a decision will be made soon whether the verdict will be appealed.

Thompson added that “Ms. Fraissl’s active international travel schedule since her stroke seems unlikely for someone who suffered the type of mental and physical damages she and her attorney claimed.”
