LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Jim Osborne has been named Head of Talent at APA, it was announced by president and CEO, Jim Gosnell.
APA’s Barry McPherson will continue to lead the agency’s New York talent department. Ryan Martin, who has served as APA’s co-head of talent since June 2018 and previously lead the department since 2006 will exit the agency when his contract expires at the end of the year.
“Jim Osborne’s devotion to the success of our clients and this company cannot be understated,” commented Gosnell in making the announcement. “His extraordinary work and dedication over the past seven years have played a pivotal role in the success of our talent department, and I’m very proud to have him lead our team into the future.”
Among his many clients, Osborne represents Golden Globe, SAG, BAFTA and Academy Award-winning ‘Best Actor’ Gary Oldman (Darkest Hour) and his Flying Studio producing partner Douglas Urbanski, Academy Award nominated Mary J. Blige (Mudbound) who stars in the upcoming Netfilx/UCP series Umbrella Academy and the Paramount feature Body Cam, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson (Power) who recently closed a groundbreaking overall/production deal with Starz, MacGyver star Lucas Till, rapper-actor T.I. who co-stars in the upcoming Netflix feature Dolomite Is My Name, Tyrese Gibson (Fast & Furious franchise), and Cole Hauser (Yellowstone).
