WASHINGTON, D.C. (CelebrityAccess) The Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, D.C., has been open for three months and is reportedly providing a maximum amount of entertainment options for the market.
The arena houses three basketball teams, the only one of its kind to do so: the NBA Washington Wizards, the WNBA Washington Mystics and the NBA-G League Development team the Capital City Go-Go.
It has hosted the eSports Red Bull Conquest finals and will host the Colonial Athletic Association’s men’s basketball tournament from 2020 to 2022 and has staged concerts like Mary J. Blige, according to Pan Stadia. The arena has a capacity of 4,200.
“While the Entertainment and Sports Arena primarily showcases and provides a home for Washington DC basketball, this arena is designed to be incredibly flexible to meet the entertainment needs of the community, David Richards, COO of designer Rossetti, said. “It has many of the features of a larger venue, yet it provides an intimate setting for a great guest experience.”
