LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) –Noted rapper, songwriter and record producer Logic just announced his new venture, BobbyBoy Records, in partnership with Def Jam.
The new JV represents a transition from Logic’s Elysium to the new label, which, going forward, will include all of his creative work, from artist development to the publishing of books.
“The success of our partnership is rooted in our collective belief in Bobby’s creative vision and his talented team. We’re proud and excited to provide a home for Logic and BobbyBoy Records,” Def Jam CEO Paul Rosenberg said, announcing the new JV.
The first artists to join BobbyBoy banner are John Lindahl, Damian Lemar Hudson, and Big Lenbo.
