SOUTH KOREA (CelebrityAccess) – British singer Anne-Marie put on a free concert for fans in South Korea, following the cancelation of her performance at the Holiday Land festival in the Korean city of Incheon over the weekend.
The singer was due to perform on Sunday (July 28), however, the show was canceled after the festival stage she was scheduled to perform on was dismissed as “structurally unsafe”.
In a video posted to Anne-Marie’s Twitter account, she apologized to her South Korean fans, stating she was “not allowed” to perform due to safety issues, and stressing that the decision to cancel was not her own. An hour later, the singer returned to Twitter to announce to fans that she had rented the Rubik Lounge at the Paradise City hotel, and would be hosting a free show.
The concert was streamed live for those who were unable to attend.
