(CelebrityAccess) – Warner Chappell Music has inked a deal with Australian artist Tones and I.
The publishing company will administer the singer-songwriter’s new and existing compositions globally, excluding Australia and New Zealand.
Tones and I, who was discovered while busking and living out of her van in Byron Bay, hit No.1 in Australia, Norway, and Sweden with her ARIA double platinum-certified single, “Dance Monkey.” The track has been streamed 80 million times globally and became the first single from a female solo artist since 2008 to own the No.1 spot on the ARIA charts for four consecutive weeks.

Her debut EP, The Kids Are Coming, was released August 29 on all streaming platforms through Elektra Records.
