(CelebrityAccess) — Virginia-based duo Illiterate Light released their newest single “In The Ground” which showcases the band’s dreamy indie-pop sound.
Consisting of lead vocalist, guitarist, and synth player Jeff Gorman and vocal harmonizer and drummer Jake Cochran, Illiterate Light has been making the rounds on the festival circuit this year, including high profile plays at Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Fest, and Lollapalooza.
They are currently preparing for the release of their self-titled debut LP, which is slated for release via Atlantic Records on October 11th.
Illiterate Light will support the new album a tour with indie rockers Rainbow Kitten Surprise and The Head and the Heart, which kicks off on Sept. 14th at Théâtre Corona in Montreal.
