NASHVILLE – Emerging country folk-infused artist Sam Stoane signs with Wasserman Music for global booking representation. Stoane is represented at Wasserman by Matt Runner, Lenore Kinder, Jonathan Levine and managed by Jensen G. Sessums at Cypress MGMT.
“We are honored that Sam chose us to be a part of her team and upcoming journey. Her voice and ability to tell a story through her writing perfectly align with what Wasserman is drawn to. With Sam’s life outside of music revolving around the farm and working horses, she represents what we look for in a country artist…authenticity,” shares Runner.
Earlier this year, Stoane had the opportunity to open for Sam Barber, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Vincent Neil Emerson. The announcement follows the release of her holiday song, “Santa Claus Must Be A Cowboy,” which is out everywhere now. The new single has been featured on Spotify’s New Music Holiday and New Country Christmas editorial playlists. Her full album is due out in early 2025.
Stoane seamlessly merges folk and country influences to craft songs that transport listeners into vivid, scenic stories. Her raw and honest lyrics, paired with an instantly recognizable voice, explore themes beyond the boundaries of mainstream country songwriting. Hailing from California, Stoane’s music is anchored by melody and lyric-driven arrangements, where the steel guitar, fiddle, and mandolin serve as powerful vehicles for her evocative storytelling.
