NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Blondie is planning to hit the road this fall for a tour of North America in support of their 9th studio album, "Panic of Girls," which is set a Sept. 13th, release via the band's own imprint.
The lineup for Blondie's latest iteration features Debbie Harry, Clem Burke and Chris Stein, along with newer band members Leigh Foxx, Tommy Kessler and Matt Katz-Bohen. The band will open the tour on September 4th at the Mystic Lake Casino in Michigan and carry through til October 8th when the tour winds down at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
The first single from the band's new album "Mother' — a paean to the famed New York City nightclub — has been getting some positive attention on the net. You can check it out here.
