OTTAWA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The RBC Royal Bank Bluesfest continues to expand their already diverse lineup and this week announced the latest crop of additions tot he festival.
The list of artists added to this year's Bluesfest lineup include punk band The Offspring, rap artists A$AP Rocky and Big Boi, UK-based Canadian band Dragonette, Carly Rae Jepsen of Canadian Idol fame, electronic act Nobody Beats The Drum, singer-songwriter Royal Wood, and Floridian rock band Shinedown.
“As in past years, we continue to add to the programming after the initial line-up announcement,” says executive and programming director, Mark Monahan. “These recent additions will round out the line-up nicely.”
The 2012 edition of the Bluesfest is set to take place in downtown Ottawa from July 4th-15th.
