NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Colleen Hendricks has been named as the new director of live music at the Canal Room in New York City.
A graduate of Syracuse, Hendricks is a veteran talent buyer with solid experience in the New York market. Prior to joining the Canal Room, Hendricks served as a talent buyer at B.B. King's Blues Club and Showcase Live, as well as the Highline Ballroom and Regattabar.
"My goal for booking talent at the Canal Room is to get some new young talent into the venue. I think the space is perfect for the indie /electronic acts that are blowing up right now." Hendricks told CelebrityAccess.
