BERLIN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG and Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) have entered into a joint agreement to promote live concerts and entertainment in Germany.
Both partners will hold an equal number of shares which will preferably promote shows and concerts in the new O2 World arena in Berlin, now in development by AEG at the former site of the Ostgüterbahnhof in Berlin. Apart from the operation of the Waldbuehne in Berlin and the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt, the management of further venues will be targeted by both parties.
In Germany, DEAG will be AEG's preferred promoter for tours that it brings to the country.
