Electric Forest 2012 Announces Lineup


ROTHBURY, MI (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Electric Forest festival, set for a return next summer from June 28-July 1, has dished the details of their 2012 lineup.

The festival will be headlined The String Cheese Incident (3 performances), Bassnectar and STS9 (2 performances).

Also on the bill for 2012 are Thievery Corporation, Girl Talk, Santigold, Steve Aoki, Ghostland Observatory, Richie Hawtin, Major Lazer, Big Gigantic, The Travelin’ McCourys featuring Keller Williams.

The festival, produced by Madison House and Insomniac Events, picked up where the Rothbury festival left off and had a solid first year in 2011 when they were named by Paste Magazine as one of the "Top 10 Most Intriguing Inaugural Music Festivals."
