DENVER, Colorado (CelebrityAccess) — Colorado-based promoter Feyline is teaming up with the grandly-named concert company Cervantes’ Masterpiece to stage the first-ever New Year's Eve event at the iconic Red Rock Amphitheater in Colorado.
Set for December 31st, the show will feature a hip hop-orieneted lineup with Migos, Post Malone, Young Thug, Lil Yachty, Dizzy Wright, King, and Green of Rdgldgan.
Feyline, which is now helmed by Barry's son Tyler, has a long association with Red Rocks and its founder, the late, great Barry Fey helped to vault the amphitheater into the national consciousness with his Summer of Stars concert series and through projects such as the U2 Live at Red Rocks: Under a Blood Red Sky concert film, recorded during a performance by the band at Red Rocks in 1983.
Fey even lobbied to be buried in a cemetery adjacent to the historic venue, but Fey’s wish was never fulfilled. Instead, Fey has a commemorative plaque marking his history with Red Rocks backstage at the venue.
