Glastonbury Asks Authorities To Look Into Possible Forged Tickets

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Glastonbury Festival has asked the Avon and Somerset police to look into the possibility that 500 forged tickets were sold for this year's festival over the Internet. "I am asking the police to find out where these tickets came from," festival organizer Michael Eavis told NME.com. "There is a serious problem here and I am not happy about the source of the
tickets."

This year's festival sold out faster than ever before. Due to the potential forged tickets, Eavis is looking into various different ways of selling tickets for the 2005 edition. –Bob Grossweiner and Jane Cohen
