LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — UK-based RFID vendor Intellitix has named Ian Bennett as Head of their UK Business Development.
Mr. Bennett's portfolio will include developing the company's client base in the UK. It already services a number of major public events there, including Barclaycard British Summertime, UEFA Champions Festival, Red Hot Chili Peppers at Knebworth and Wakestock.
Prior to joining Intellitix, Bennett was the head of music at Last Second Tickets. He began his career at BMG followed by positions as product/ label manager at V2, Universal and the seminal Berlin based indie !K7. Bennett has also handled artist relations for audio equipment maker Peavey, where he was responsible for endorsement signings including Mumford & Sons, The xx, Peter Hook and The Vaccines.
