William Dail, the 27-year old road manager for Insane Clown Posse, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for a fight with a fan of rap rival Eminem. Dail was accused of choking an Eminem fan until he blacked out after an Insane Clown Posse concert in Omaha, Neb. in May. Dail was scheduled to go to trial on one count of misdemeanor assault and battery on July 31, but city prosecutors could not find several witnesses. Dail agreed to plead guilty to one count of disorderly conduct and pay a $100 fine.
The attack occurred when a 24-year-old man held up an Eminem T-shirt and threw a few M&M candies at two clown-faced rappers. The man was escorted outside, where the confrontation with Dail occurred.
