Kelly Moore Plots Spring Tour

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Fresh off of his first-ever opera performance of Mozart's "The Magic Flute" with Opera Theatre of Weston; singer, composer and instrumentalist Kelly Moore is gearing up for a 2011 tour with his new series "Give My Regards to Broadway."

The show, which will feature performances of Broadway and American songbook favorites will start in the northeastern US, with dates in Vermont, New Hampshire and New York with followup dates in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

You may recognize Kelly from his work as the founder of the the Music For Mankind benefit concert series, which contributes to the United Nations World Food Program, Feeding America, and other humanitarian organizations for hunger and disaster relief locally and globally. Contributions from the Music For Mankind® concerts, food drives and other humanitarian initiatives have fed over 40,000 people since its inception in 2007.

"I’m really looking forward to this new season," said Kelly. "So much has happened ever since we started, and we continue to find new and exciting ways to help. It’s an honor for me, and humbling, to be able to help people who struggle every day just to survive."
