NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — After a year in the studio, working on his new album "The Big Revival" country star Kenny Chesney is ready to hit the road in the Spring and Summer of 2015.
Chesney’s Big Revival Tour will kick off March 26 in Nashville, Tenn., and take him across the country, performing in arenas, and amphitheaters.
According to Chesney, supporting acts for the tour will be varied and catered to the venue.
“We’re going to be mixing up the line-up, too: different markets will have different acts playing with us. A few will be on all the stadium shows, some doing pieces – but I promise everybody who’s coming out rocks hard, and understands turning a crowd on," Chesney said in a statement.
As well, Chesney will be teaming up with country artist Jason Aldean, who is also on the road next summer with his "Burn It Down" tour for 10 stadium shows, starting at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco. Additional stadium dates include May 16 in Dallas, June 27 in Seattle, July 18 in Minneapolis, Aug. 8 in Denver and Aug. 28 in Boston.
Chesney's latest album "The Big Revival" hit #1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The album's debut track "American Kids" hit #! on the country airplay chart and #23 on the Billboad Hot 100. The followup single “Til Its Gone” is currently sitting at #18 on Billboard’s Country Singles chart. – Staff Writers
