Krutick Joins WMG As SVP

Jill S. Krutick has joined Warner Music Group (WMG) as senior vice president, Investor Relations and Corporate Development. She will report to Michael D. Fleisher, WMG's executive vice president and chief financial officer.


For the past 10 years, Krutick was a managing director of U.S. Equity Research of Citigroup's Smith Barney where she covered the entertainment and leisure Industries. Krutick has 18 years of experience in equity research and financial analysis.

"For almost two decades, Jill has been a highly regarded stock analyst with a tremendous depth of knowledge about the world's largest media and leisure companies and the institutional investors who invest in them," said Fleisher. "Jill is an exceptionally talented individual with the perfect combination of financial and media/entertainment expertise to represent Warner Music Group to the financial and investment community."
