KITCHNER (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks and three associates have been arrested and charged with forcible confinement, assault and robbery follwing an incident in Kitchener, Ontario.
The charges stemmed from an incident where Toronto booking agent Chris Hines alleges that Banks and 3 associates held Hines in a Kitchner hotel room following a poorly-attended show at Club NV in Brantford. Following the show, Banks and his associates allegedly got into a dispute with Hines over the performance fee, allegedly holding him for over an hour while he was punched kicked and robbed, police said.
According to the Globe & Mail, Hines was treated and released from Grand River Hospital for serious head and facial injuries.
Banks, 27, and three associates, Tyrell Cooper, 24, Nicklas Sloane, 25, and Shaun McGee, 31,were arraigned on Sunday and remain in custody. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
