MANAGEMENT NEWS (Click on More to view all articles): WEG Acquires Larrikin Management & Schneider Joins Sanctuary

Worldwide Entertainment Group, LLC has finalized the purchase of 100% of Ted
Gardner's company Larrikin Management. Gardner will remain in Los Angeles and
report to New York-based WEG CEO Dave Lory and WEG President and COO
David
Leach.

Gardner, with more than 30 years in the entertainment business, is regarded as
one of the most respected
and innovative music managers in the business today. He
established Larrikin Management in 1990, and swiftly acquired a
notable roster of clients, beginning in 1991 when he assumed
management duties for Jane's Addiction and later the rock band
Tool, among others.

Gardner also became one of the four
founding partners in the Lollapalooza concept in 1991 including
the agents at the time Don Muller and Marc Gieger along with
Perry Farrell of Jane's Addiction. Lollapalooza became one of
the most successful festival tours ever staged. He remains a
co-owner of the concept.

In addition to Gardner, Larrikin principals include Chuck La Vallee and Brent
Thomas. The company currently manages Spooks, Rival Schools, downthesun
and Rust & the Superheroes, as well as esteemed producers Dave Cobb, Darin
Prindle and Marc Waterman among others. Larrikin Management
will continue to be based in Los Angeles, and Mr. Gardner will
report jointly to Mr. Lory and WEG President and COO David
Leach.

"Ted and Chuck bring to Worldwide Entertainment Group the
diversity of management, agent, promoter and producer
experience from their past, and that talent bolsters WEG's
existing roster and our business interests in event
production," commented Lory. "I have enormous respect for
them, and we are very proud to have them join the stellar team
at Worldwide Entertainment Group. With several projects in the
works, along with several major artists releasing albums in
2003, this partnership will facilitate a phase of rapid growth
and expansion for our company in the new year."

"For Larrikin Management, this merger with Worldwide
Entertainment Group broadens a horizon for both our clients,
Chuck, Brent and myself," said Gardner. "It is a true
meeting of the minds with people who likewise believe in
building careers for their artists based on hard work and
loyalty."
