MADRID, Spain (VIP-NEWS) — MySpace and Live Nation have entered a marketing partnership for a series of concerts in Spain. The shows, called “MySpace Music Live Presents,” begin April 3 with a Franz Ferdinand concert at Madrid’s Palacio de los Deportes.
More shows are expected to be announced shortly. As part of the partnership, MySpace will market the shows to its users, who will have exclusive access to ticket pre-sales and have the chance to win meet-and-greets with the artists.
The partnership was announced by Robert Grima, head of Live Nation Spain, and Christopher Moser, GM of MySpace Spain and Portugal. MySpace counts over 2.7 million users in Spain. According to Billboard
