SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colorado (CelebrityAccess) — The band fun. has canceled their headlining performance on Friday Night at Jazz Aspen Snowmass (JAS) Labor Day Experience, citing family issues. Grace Potter and the Nocturnals – who played the festival last year – will fill in for fun. during the band in 7:30 p.m. slot.
"Due to a personal family issue unfortunately FUN. needs to cancel their appearance at this year’s JAS Experience," fun. said in a statement. "The band apologizes for disappointing the fans and any inconveniences this causes, and very much appreciates your understanding."
The three day Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience is a three day festival held at Snowmass Village near Aspen, Colorado over Labor Day weekend. Other headliners for te fest include OneRepublic, Earth Wind & Fire, Moon Taxi, Carrie Underwood, Nickel Creek, and The Revivalists.
Due to the changed lineup, the festival is allowing ticket holders to seek a refund, or exchange Friday tickets for tickets to Saturday or Sunday's show. – Staff Writers
