MEMPHIS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Proshow, a Memphis-based production company has acquired Alabama-based Affordable Sound & Lighting for a cool $350,000, the Memphis Business Journal reported.
The acquisition will expand Proshow's inventory of equipment, putting the company in a stronger position to be a full service live entertainment company.
"We have hired all of the existing employees in Birmingham and are in the process of initiating our company quality training," co-owner Andy Mayhall told the MBJ.
Affordable Sound & Lighting will continue to operate under that name during the transition and will continue to operate out of the Birmingham office.
