Rick Springfield broke his arm July 31 from a stunt he performed during the second performance of his "EFX Alive" show at the MGM Grand hotel-casino in Las Vegas. The rocker/actor fell 10-15 feet from a 20-foot high beam that lowers him to the stage.
Understudy Sal Salangsang is filling in for Springfield the remainder of the week. The show goes on hiatus Aug. 5-13. Springfield took over the lead of the show in January.
