MILWAUKEE, WI (CelebrityAccess) — Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. officials announced that they have renewed their longstanding sponsor partnership with beer maker MillerCoors in time for the 50th anniversary of the popular music festival.
Miller has been a sponsoring partner of the festival since the 1970s when they underwrote the Miller High Life Jazz Oasis stage and the deal will see the company's beverages cast as the 'Official Malt Beverage of Summerfest and Henry Maier Festival Park.'
The deal will also see MillerCoors supporting the renovation of the Miller Lite Oasis stage area with a completely redesigned stage and vendor area that will offer improved patron amenities and access. Improvements will include a redesigned Miller Lite Oasis stage facade, a new Miller Lite Brew House bar, video screen upgrades, new bar areas, expanded hospitality areas, and a reconfigured marketplace and Summerfest retail store, Summerfest said.
Completion is scheduled for the 2017 festival season and Summerfest's 50th festival. – Staff Writers
