LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Morgan Margolis has been named as the president and CEO of Knitting Factory Entertainment. Margolis will oversee the company from the Knitting Factory's Hollywood club.
Margolis had previously been the vice president of national operations with responsibility for the company's venues in Boise, Spokane and Hollywood as well as the New York Knitting Factory. Margolis joined the company in 2000 and has served in the role of general manager since 2004.
The Knitting Factory has been steadily expanding their operations after acquiring Bravo Entertainment in January of 2006. In addition to the chain of Knitting Factory branded venues, they also have a touring division and a number of record labels including Instinct Records and Evolver Records. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
