LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Ticketmaster has launched a newly-revamped version of their mobile app for the iPhone which aggregates all of the ticket options for sale from venues, fans and other resellers.
New features for the app include the ability to sell or transfer tickets directly to other users; an anti-fraud animated watermark to vouchsafe ticket authenticity; swipe-to-buy ticketing; and access to both primary and resale tickets.
The app also includes a redesigned favorites system that will allow users to track artists, events and venues for live events.
"This app offers fans the best selection of event tickets available as it provides, for the first time on mobile, all of their available, verified ticket options," said Mike Lane, vice president of mobile products for Ticketmaster.
