The NFL’s On Location Experiences Acquires Future Beat

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — On Location Experiences, the official “hospitality partner” of the National Football League, announced the acquisition of Future Beat, a creator of premium VIP concert experiences.

The deal will expand On Location’s already substantial footprint in the live music business. Through CID Entertainment, the company partners with numerous artists and music festivals across a variety of genres, including Imagine Dragons, Metallica, Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa and Electric Daisy Carnival.

The addition of Future Beat will add the company’s existing client relationships, such as Ghost, 21 Savage, Aaron Lewis, and Bhad Bhabie to the On Location portfolio.

“This is another transformative acquisition for On Location Experiences, as we continue expanding our footprint in the live entertainment space and leveraging our platform for the benefit of our partners and fans. The premium offerings of Future Beat and CID Entertainment are complementary and give our live music division significant scale,” said John Collins, CEO of On Location Experiences. “On Location continues to build upon its established business to create a world-class, live events experiential platform in partnership with iconic rightsholders at the most premium levels in sports and entertainment.”

Co-founded in 2012 by CEO David Berger, Future Beat has grown to become one of the leading bespoke concert experiences companies in the industry. Berger’s previous experience includes producing over 1,200 programs and establishing VIP divisions at both Signature Networks and Live Nation Entertainment.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. On Location Experiences is owned by RedBird Capital Partners, Bruin Sports Capital, 32 Equity and the Carlyle Group.

Future Beat will join On Location’s other operations, which include: Anthony Travel, CID Entertainment, Kreate Inc, PrimeSport and Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours.
