Not So Fast: Britney Spears Posts Video Disputing ‘No Comeback’ Claims

LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) Britney Spears may – or may not – be disputing a statement from manager Larry Rudolph that she may be done forever with her career.

Rudolph said on Wednesday that that, “From what I have gathered it’s clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again.”

He has since backed away from the statement and, yesterday, Spears posted a video of her practicing her dance moves to the song “Scream” by Janet and Michael Jackson, captioning it “Me and Michael.”

The only problem is the video was filmed last year, although it would appear to be a conscious effort to dispute the statement.

“This is from March 2018, Britney dropping some major hints with the song and Michael on her current situation or her team posting again as though it’s current. Just saying,” one commenter wrote.

Janet Jackson’s Las Vegas residency kicks off today at the MGM theater where Spears would have been performing her “Domination” shows.
