PORTLAND (CelebrityAccess) – Vevo has hired Scott Anderson as its new SVP of Engineering & Product.
Anderson, who brings with him over 25 years of technology experience, joins Vevo from startup Conversa Health, where he helped the healthcare provider through its first few rounds of funding. Prior to that, he led mobile engineering at Walmart, growing the retailer’s team to include over 60 engineers, and working on several eCommerce apps with annual revenue of $1.5 billion.
Commenting on his appointment, Anderson said: “I am very happy to be joining the team at Vevo, their positioning at the intersection of music and technology was a real draw for me and leveraging my experience will be key to ensuring we can provide first class services and platforms to our clients and partners.”

Based in Portland, Anderson will oversee the Engineering & Product teams across Vevo’s New York, San Francisco and Portland offices.
