LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — Primavera Sound organizers have reportedly pulled back from plans to expand the international festival brand into the highly-competitive UK market.

The Primavera website still features a ‘coming soon’ festival, with a blurred out image of the London Eye, but IQ reported that the festival ran into a time crunch with permitting that would make it difficult to stage an event of that scope next year.
“They want it to be as perfect as possible,” an unnamed source with knowledge of the situation told IQ Magazine. “They could organize it for next year, but now the feeling is it’s better to wait until 2021.”
